Join our Loyalty Program and reward yourself with delicious treats! Our Loyalty Program gives you the opportunity to cumulate points, which can be redeemed and exchanged as payment. You can also earn free items as a reward for repeated visits to any Sushi Shop locations. The more you visit our Sushi Shop boutiques, the more you will be rewarded.
You can get your free physical loyalty card at any of our Sushi Shop locations and ask one of our employees to provide you with one. You must then register your card online by filling out your profile. Once completed, you can use your card immediately.
In addition to being valid in all our Sushi Shop boutiques, the loyalty card is also accepted in certain participating restaurants of the MTY Group. To find out about participating locations, consult our list.
HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY CARD, POINTS AND REWARDS?
Points are collected when you present your card with each order. For each dollar spent, you earn points that can be used as a form of payment for your meal.
All the information regarding your balance and the number of points accumulated can be found on the CHECK YOUR BALANCE page of the MTY Franchising Group.
In addition to accumulating points, our Loyalty Program allows you to earn a free item based on the amount accumulated after 5 visits in our Sushi Shop locations. Therefore, for a total spent of $50 after 5 visits, you will receive a free Ebi Maki, for a total spent of $75 after 5 visits, you will receive a free Dynamite Sumomaki and so on. The free item will appear at the top of your invoice and can redeem on your next visit.
It will remain valid for a period of 2 months. To find out about our free items, please see below our winter program. These items are valid from December 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021. Our freebies change every few months. This is our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer.
CAN I EARN POINTS IF I USE COUPONS OR A DISCOUNT?
Absolutely. The principle remains the same when you use credits or coupons, each dollar spent gives you points. However, you will not be giving points on the portion of the invoice paid with your discount or coupon.
LOST OR DEFECTIVE LOYALTY CARD AND TRANSFER OF POINTS?
You can transfer your points by filling out our points transfer form.
If your card does not work or is lost, please get a new card at your nearest participating location and fill out the card points transfer form.

CAN I CLAIM MY REWARDS BY ORDERING ONLINE OR BY PHONE?
Yes. You can claim your freebies with our BonApp online pick-up application. The MY MTY REWARDS tab will give you all the details relating to your balance and accumulated points.
For orders by phone, it is possible to accumulate points or claim your rewards by scanning your card when picking up your order in store.
