Assistant De Cuisine – Sushi Shop Sainte-Marie
The Kitchen Assistant assists the Maki Roller who is asked to prepare sushi, by executing tasks to accelerate the preparation of the dishes.
The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for the following tasks, under the supervision of the Maki Roller:
- Participate in the basic preparation of ingredients, mise en place (food prep) and menu items
- Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well the work surfaces according to the current hygiene regulations.
- Know, master and apply the standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Assist with the reception and storage of kitchen products
